Question 1 of 60
1. Question
1 pointsAs part of a strategy to handle the risk of escape defect, the team decided to conduct one more cycle of testing before making the final release. Which risk response strategy would this be classified as?
Correct
Mitigate is the right option. This is a mitigate strategy as by taking this step team is trying to lessen the probability of risk.
This is not ‘avoid’-since team is not trying to steer clear of the risk. If team has decided not to release the product as a risk response, that could have been categorized as avoid
This is not ‘contain’- because team is working on mitigation plan rather than having contingency plan , if team decided to keep some developers on standby for next 3 months to take care of any escape defect, that would have been the contain strategy
This not ‘evade’- since this implies that team does nothing about it and expecting to be lucky which not the case here is.Incorrect

So once story is done we should look to working software for details not to the user story card.
Incorrect
D, Now if you are using some electronic software for writing user stories you keep them forever, this can also work as a knowledge transferable tool. However, generally, in agile we prefer working software against documentation and since we have working software which is accepted by the PO / Customer we should not care about what was written on the card. So once story is done we should look to working software for details not to the user story card.

Question 12 of 20
12. Question
Which of the following Agile Manifesto philosophy supports delivering business value to customer?
Correct
Delivering comprehensive documentation will not deliver business value without working software. But that’s expensive; so expensive that often the software itself suffers from the effort devoted to documentation. So we don’t write documentation just because; we write documentation rather we do it when it has value and is required.

Question 5 of 12
5. Question
When using a Kanban board to manage work in progress, which of the following best summarizes the philosophy behind the approach?
Correct
The correct answer is “It is a sign of the work being done and should be limited to boost performance.” A Kanban board shows work in progress (WIP), which represents work started but not completed. Therefore, the WIP should be limited and carefully managed to maximize performance. More WIP does not equal more output; in fact, it is quite often the opposite. Also, WIP is any work that is in progress, regardless of what stage the work is at, so the answer options that limit it to work waiting for quality assurance or user acceptance are wrong.

I cleared the PMI ACP certification with an above target score- yesterday 3/27/2019
The videos of Saket are brilliant . They are ACP knowledge nuggets crisply arranged in multiple videos. The various examples that he would use in the videos - be it food/ hotel/ robbery - they all helped a lot in eliminating options and arriving at the right answer in the exam. The practice tests were very useful. The topic on Scrum seemed to dominate the exam..maybe 75% of the questions revolved around this.
Other materials referred were books by Mike Griffith and Question bank of RMC learning solutions.
I reached out to iZenBridge recently when I finally decided to appear for the exam- that's how I connected with Seema whom I have never seen. I was touched by her sincerity and genuineness in helping candidates prepare for ACP. She was in touch with me during my preparation days and helped me tremendously . I would say Seema is an asset to iZenBridge.
Thank you so much!
